Second Reading/ Adopt Ordinance No. 1789, an Ordinance of the City of Fontana Repealing Section 15-51 of Article II and Article XIV of Chapter 15, Amending Section 15-741 of Article XV and Section 15-816 of Article XVI of Chapter 15 and Amending and Restating Article XVII of Chapter 15 of the Fontana Municipal Code Relating to Sidewalk Vending.

Second Reading/ Adopt Ordinance No. 1790 levying special taxes within the City of Fontana Community Facilities District No. 87 (El Paseo).

Accept the Final Map for Tract No. 20154 located north of Summit Avenue and east of Cypress within the Summit at Rosena Specific Plan; accept as public dedicated streets and easements; and authorize the City Manager to enter into a Subdivision Agreement with the subdivider.

VIDEOG.Final Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for Tract No.'s 18244 and 18245 Located West of Citrus Avenue and North of Basleine Avenue within the Providence Pointe Specific Plan

Accept as complete the Subdivision Improvements for Tract No.'s 18244 and 18245 located  west of Citrus Avenue and north of Baseline Avenue within the Providence Pointe Specific Plan.

Approve Consent Calendar Items as recommended by staff.

1. Adopt Resolution No. 2019-___ of The City Council of the City of Fontana Establishing Community Facilities District No. 93M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, and Establishing the Boundaries Thereof.

 

2. Adopt Resolution No. 2019-____ of the City Council of the City of Fontana Calling a Special Election and Submitting to the Voters of Community Facilities District No. 93M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, a Proposition with Respect to the Annual Levy of Special Taxes within said Community Facilities District to Pay the Costs of Certain Services to be provided by the Community Facilities District and a Proposition with Respect to the Establishment of an Appropriations Limit for said Community Facilities District.

 

3. Adopt Resolution No. 2019-____ of the City Council of the City of Fontana Declaring the Results of the Special Election for Community Facilities District No. 93M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, on the Propositions with Respect to (I) The Annual Levy of Special Taxes to Pay the Costs of Certain Services to be provided by the Community Facilities District and (II) The Establishment of an Appropriations Limit.

 

4. Waive further reading of and introduce Ordinance No. ____ Authorizing the Levy of a Special Tax within Community Facilities District No. 93M, that the reading of the Title constitutes the first reading thereof.

1.  Adopt Resolution No. 2019 -_______, Adopting the EIR Addendums to the Certified Final Environmental Impact Report State Clearinghouse (SCH No.) 2016091057 for the Southwest Fontana Logistics Center (SWFLC) Project and the Certified Final Southwest Industrial Park (SWIP) Specific Plan Area Program Environmental Impact Report State Clearinghouse (SCH No. 2009091089) for Specific Plan Amendment No. 18-002, Specific Plan Amendment 18-006,  and Design Review Signs No. 18-069; and approving Master Case No. 18-131 and Design Review Signs No. 18-069 for a Comprehensive Sign Program for properties at 10985 Oleander Avenue and 11263 Oleander Avenue.

2.  Waive further reading and introduce Ordinance No. ______an ordinance of the City of Fontana:

a)  Approving Specific Plan Amendment No. 18-002: to include provisions in the Southwest Industrial Park Specific Plan (SWIP) to allow for Comprehensive Sign Programs; and

b)  Approving Specific Plan Amendment No. 18-006: to revise/clarify the definitions for the various types of warehouse uses in SWIP; and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading threreof.
